His background has focus on GHA since 1989. General Manager and co-owner for RCM at VCP from 1998 till 2007.
A Brazilian Costums Computerized System specialist , he can provide a speedy trouble free interface with the import/export authority having agile solutions to each case.
Also, with the Imigration Department and the Federal Police he has a long working relationship that eases contacts and the mandatory procedure accomplishments.Meticulous, he has the responsibility of being the Company´s Administrator
and Controller.

OSWALDO ¨CARIOCA¨ CANECCHIO - ACC Air Cargo Co-Founder.Extremely empathic and charismatic, he´s maybe the most popular aviation professional in VCP. He started at BRANNIF INTERNATIONAL INC. at 1975 .Then at Flying Tigers Air Cargo. And after MK Airlines ! Lots of experience in passengers and cargo operations,ULD Control ,check-in procedures,pallet built-up & breakdown supervision,ramp coordination and W&B of several equipments! His comittment ,experties and solid knowledge about the industry gives confidence to friends and costumers world wide. He has the talent of making look easy going the most complex operations. And smiling all times. He just loves Aviation a lot !
MARKETING, SALES AND COSTUMER SERVICE MANAGER
PEDRO M. DE SOUSA - Pedro cut his teeth in Lisbon with Varig starting in 1978 resolving customer service issues in both sales and reservations. He then proceeded to found TransBulk (a domestic trucking company) in Brasil where as owner he necessarily focused on operations, commercial activity and of course, the bottom line. Recruited to be the Sao Paulo Airport Manager for Air Vias, upon their withdrawal from operations, he was quickly snatched up by LSG Skychefs to coordinate their activity at Sao Paulo. Subsequently invited to join Evergreen International Airlines, he worked 747's around the world - from Afghanistan to South Africa to China to, well you name it! With Evergreen he was one of four managers selected to coordinate 787 Dreamlifter activity with Boeing in his capacity of Airport Manager in Taranto, Italy. He continues to be eager to forge new relationships, surmount fresh challenges and nourish the extensive contacts he has developed in the course of his career.
