We carefully evaluate all aspects of an operation and establish contingency plans for each step along the path. Our goal is to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises for all parties involved.  To accomplish this we coordinate with a wide range of vendors and government agencies to ensure expedited handling for each and every operation. That includes:  ANAC / Brazilian Civil Aviation Authority (for landing/overfly permits), individual airport authorities for airport fees (parking, landing, lights, gate fees, etc); interface with Customs via Mantra & Siscomex, Quarantine and Immigration authorities as well as other relevant governmental agencies.  We also arrange for crew transport, entertainment, medical care; crew and passenger catering; ground transportation and personal security.  We can arrange fuel, oil and lubricants or for maintenance support as needed. Our specialty includes all aspects of ground handling - for narrow body or widebody passenger or cargo aircraft. Note that we can support all aspects of cargo handling (warehouse, loadmaster, dangerous goods, perishables, pallet buildup/breakdown, loadmaster support - even live animal handling).
